1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the Live Event Parking website (liveeventparking.com) and our services. By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What We Do

Live Event Parking is a platform that connects event-goers looking for parking with operators and landowners who have available spaces near stadiums and arenas. We facilitate the booking process but the parking space itself is provided by the space operator, not by us directly.

3. Booking a Parking Space

  • When you book a space, you enter into an agreement with the parking space operator. We act as the booking platform.
  • All bookings must be made and paid for in advance through our website.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with the space address, directions, and any instructions from the operator.
  • You must arrive within the time window stated in your booking. If you arrive outside these times, the operator is not obliged to accommodate you.
  • Your booking is for the specific date and venue confirmed. It is not transferable to other dates or venues unless we agree in writing.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is taken at the time of booking.
  • We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
  • Event cancelled or rescheduled: If an event is officially cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund automatically. If an event is rescheduled, your booking moves to the new date. If the new date doesn’t work for you, contact us for a full refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using a parking space booked through us, you agree to:

  • Park only in the space allocated to you
  • Follow any instructions from the space operator
  • Drive carefully on the operator’s premises
  • Not leave any valuables visible in your vehicle
  • Remove your vehicle within the time window stated in your booking
  • Not use the space for anything other than parking a standard vehicle

7. Renting Out Your Space

If you register as a space owner or operator:

  • You confirm that you have the legal right to offer the space for parking.
  • You agree to keep the space available for confirmed bookings.
  • You are responsible for the safety and condition of your space.
  • Payment terms are agreed separately as part of your partnership arrangement with us.

8. Our Liability

  • We act as a booking platform. The parking space is provided and managed by the space operator.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your vehicle or its contents while parked.
  • We are not liable for any issues caused by the space operator, including access problems or changes to the space.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Website Use

  • You must not misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access or introducing harmful code.
  • All content on the website is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission.
  • We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know by email where possible. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
